Business Description:

MRM Business Services is an operational support business working with established, founder-led service businesses where too much still relies on the owner.

MRM creates structure and organises how the business is run, with the aim of reducing how much the business depends on the owner's constant involvement.

The outcome is greater capacity for the business owner to lead, rather than spend their time holding the business together.

MRM operates as an Operational Partner, providing senior operational support inside the business rather than task-based virtual assistance, coaching or executive-level COO services.

Services:

- Operational Audit: a focused diagnostic review of how work, decisions and information currently move through the business. Identifies what is creating unnecessary involvement for the owner and what needs to change first. Price €750–950. No implementation; delivered as a written assessment within 1–2 weeks.

- Operational Foundations: a fixed-scope project to create a more reliable operational base. The work creates clearer ownership, reduces the decisions and questions returning to the owner, and gives day-to-day operations a more reliable rhythm. Price €3k–6k. Delivered as a project with a clear beginning and end.

- Ongoing Operations Support: steady, embedded operational support behind the scenes. MRM works inside the business to keep priorities clear, operational responsibilities moving and decisions from continually piling back onto the owner's desk. Price €1.2k–3.5k/month. Delivered as a monthly retainer, with scope tailored to the business.

- Operational Clarity Sessions: a thinking partnership for business owners carrying too much decision weight alone. Focused on structure, priorities and operational judgement as the business evolves. Price €250–350. Offered as individual sessions or recurring arrangements.

Ideal Clients:

- Established, founder-led service businesses
- Typically teams of 4–15
- Stable or growing businesses
- Businesses where clients are satisfied and the business itself works, but too much still depends on the owner
