I start by understanding how the business actually functions today, where the pressure concentrates, and what is keeping everything flowing back to one person. From there, the work focuses on changing what currently depends on you.

When that changes, the business develops the capacity to handle more growth, more clients and more complexity without everything requiring your constant involvement.

I offer four services: Operational Audit, Operational Foundations, Ongoing Operations Support, and Operational Clarity Sessions. Each is designed for a different operational need, with clear scope and boundaries.

The work is always contained and focused. I don't offer unlimited availability or take on work outside the agreed scope. Boundaries protect quality and effectiveness for both sides.
