About Michelle

You get the capacity back to lead the business, instead of holding it together.

I've been doing this for over two decades, across complex organisations and independent businesses, in three languages and on both sides of the corporate fence.

I start by understanding how the business actually functions today, where the pressure concentrates, and what is keeping everything flowing back to one person. From there, I build the structure that gives the business its own nucleus.

When the structure is in place, clients stop questioning how they will handle more growth, more clients, or more complexity. The business develops the capacity to absorb it.

What actually changes

Decisions become clearer because priorities are visible, and the business has a way of moving forward without everything requiring your input. Information reaches the people who need it. Someone new can find their footing without you having to walk them through everything from scratch.

The business holds itself under pressure. When something goes wrong in one area, it stays there rather than pulling everything else down with it. Progress continues without you having to watch it.

You stop spending energy compensating for gaps that shouldn't exist. That energy goes elsewhere.

None of this comes from tools, delegation, or working harder. It comes from deliberate operational design.

What makes this work different

The focus is always on structure, not tasks. Tasks move work from one place to another. Structure changes how work flows in the first place.

I work in English, Spanish, and French, which means operations that cross borders don't have to create friction.

The result is senior operational thinking applied to businesses that need structure, not supervision.

How we work together

I offer four services: Operational Audit, Operational Foundations, Ongoing Operations Support, and Operational Clarity Sessions. Each is designed for a different operational need, with clear scope and boundaries.

The work is always contained and focused. I don't offer unlimited availability or take on work outside the agreed scope. Boundaries protect quality and effectiveness for both sides.

When you're ready

The next step is a short conversation. No commitment, just clarity on whether this is the right support for where your business is now.
